Together with his wife Emma, Mark has pioneered the emergence of new faith communities in both U.K and Sweden. At present he serves on the leadership team of church plant in Helsingborg, Sweden which has blossomed out of a vision to place 5Q/APEST as the organising paradigm for ministry and mission.

Mark is also the co-founder of the Venture 12 Network which seeks equip and resource missional individuals and teams who are working towards pioneering new initiatives that have sustainable Kingdom impact in local contexts. Connected to this is The Venture 12 Podcast which has become a place of conversation and inspiration around things that matter most in our journey to recover the church as Jesus centered movement.

He is a 5Q (APEST) trainer, coaching leaders and teams to reach their full potential. Above all he longs to help release the next generation of pioneers and see the church restored as a creative and innovative people of good news.
