A facilitator will guide the conversation in each Exchange and allow the genius of the room to be revealed. Participants will receive a collection of shared learning after the Leadership Summit takes place.

The 5Q Leadership Summit (Dallas) is an opportunity to join the wider community of the 5Q Collective in a Community of Practice formatted event. Framed as a Community of Practice, the Leadership Summit will provide the opportunity to learn, plan, exchange ideas, solve problems, and share practices. Training Input will be given by Alan Hirsch and the 5Q Central Team alongside of other voices of expertise and experience. Participants will be able to choose between three "Exchange" spaces: Missional Frontiers, Organizational Change, and Team Dynamics. Each Exchange is designed to provide shared learning around problems, experiences, and practices. Exchange spaces
Missional Frontiers: church planting, gospel-based start-ups, missionaries, new things in new places
Organizational Change: existing churches, ministries, and businesses that want to implement APEST into their culture
Team Dynamics: teams or leaders of teams that desire to have APEST at the center of their work together
