Lindsey Harwood serves as the Executive Director for 5Q Central, and the Chief Operating Officer for 100Movements. In her work across both spaces, Lindsey specializes in bridging vision and execution, overseeing operations, strengthening systems, and translating strategy into sustainable, mission-aligned impact.

With a background rooted in local church ministry, Lindsey has served in a wide range of leadership and support roles and brings a deep appreciation for both grassroots formation and global collaboration. Since joining the 5Q Collective in 2019, she has enjoyed working alongside coaches and trainers from around the world, supporting leaders as they grow into their God-given calling and contribute meaningfully to the life and health of the Church.

Lindsey and her husband, Shane, live in Cody, Wyoming, with their three children. Together, they remain committed to serving the Church and supporting leaders and movements that reflect the heart, mission, and way of Jesus.
