Kimberly has been leading in ministry for over twenty years with an emphasis on discipleship and care. She has a passion for seeing others come to know Jesus in a real way and equipping the church to love each other well. While serving as a pastor, Kimberly has witnessed from her own personal experience how acknowledging different callings within the Church allow God’s people to represent Jesus in his fullest expression. She joined 5Q Collective in 2022 with a hope of sharing her experiences with others about the beauty of different callings within churches and ministry organizations.

Kimberly lives in northwest Ohio with her husband, Erick, and their four children. She currently serves as the Connections Pastor at College First Church of God.
