We are aware that transformation does not merely come through new paradigms and mere information.
As you’re engaged with 5Q (the book) we would like to share with you the opportunity to engage further on a transformative journey that will involve deepening your own discipleship, strengthening your leadership, as well developing the capacities of your church or organization.
Our coaching & training aims to create a process where theological imagination and innovative practice in discipleship, leadership and mission can be engaged & activated throughout the Body of Christ.
Our training will begin focus by developing competencies in 5Q generally and then going on to develop competency in all five capacities or quotients individually. We call these focussed streams AQ (apostolic quotient), PQ (prophetic quotient), and EQ (evangelistic quotient), and so on. We are currently focussed on getting a full AQ training system up and running within a year. We will then start working on developing the coaching and training for PQ, EQ, SQ and TQ – so keep your eyes out for that in the future.
These various coaching & training processes provide strategic, practical, training for transformative discipleship practice, leadership development, and organizational change.

5Q System Training
5Q Competency Coaching (14 weeks)
5Q Coaching cohorts provide an environment and experience which provides an initial look at the core content, key principles and personal practices for 5Q as a whole. There is the opportunity for peer engagement, reflective learning, deeper study, as well as get some some coaching by seasoned APEST practitioners. These cohorts can be for individual leaders wanting to grow in understanding and application of 5Q or for a church/organisation wanting to take intentional steps into greater understanding and application of 5Q.
5Q Leadership Cohorts (14 months)
Leadership cohorts will be the peak training experience that we will offer. There is nothing like it anywhere. In this training will focus on grasping the sheer potency of 5Q thinking, becoming competent in practicing APEST dynamics, and learning how to create an authentic 5Q culture it in a given organization. 5Q Leadership cohorts are communities of leaders or leadership teams coming together regionally as well as online on a regular basis.
The online and on-the-ground leadership cohort experience is meant to provide a forum for best thinking and best practices for teams to engage with the 5Q content in a deeper way through individual learning, group discussion, coaching, training in the use of various tools, in applying
This will be an amazing learning journey for individual leaders as well as teams.

AQ Competency Coaching (14 weeks)
Coaching cohorts provide an environment and experience which will delve deeper into the key principles and personal practices for developing apostolic ministry and leadership (AQ). There is the opportunity for peer engagement, reflective learning & further study, input & coaching. These coaching cohorts can be for individual leaders wanting to grow in engagement & practice of apostolic or prophetic leadership or for a church/organisation wanting to take intentional steps into greater understanding & application of AQ.
AQ Leadership Cohorts (14 months)
Leadership cohorts are the peak training experience that we will offer, and we believe are entirely unique in that they provide a forum for the development of the apostolic gift in our time. AQ Leadership cohorts will come together regionally, as well as online, on a regular basis. Our aim is to create a rich relational environment, offer high-level training enfolded in a best practices educational process. Our ultimate aim to is to create a burgeoning global network of apostolic practitioners who will pioneer new territories and chart the maps for others to follow.
The online and on-the-ground leadership cohort experience is meant to provide a forum for best thinking and best practices for apostolic practitioners that have both self-identified, and have a collectively confirmed, call to apostolic ministry as well as a proven track record.
It’s our belief that identifying, developing, and networking apostolic leaders is a crucial factor in catalyzing transformative missional movements around the world.
PQ & EQ – Coaching cohorts and leadership cohorts
We are developing an accessible and replicable training system upon the missional paradigm of APEST which will serve to equip and empower Prophets and Evangelists as well as those wanting to be training in the Prophetic and Evangelistic functions. There will be both Coaching Cohorts and Leadership Cohorts available moving forward.
